Sweet Potato Tortilla
Every tortilla is crafted in-house from Louisiana sweet potatoes — pressed, cooked, and served fresh. Subtly sweet, slightly golden, and unlike anything a supermarket ever made.
Housemade Chorizo
Made from locally sourced beef, seasoned with our own spice blend and cooked fresh at the market. Bold, savory, and nothing like the tube in the grocery store.
Verde Sauce
House-made from scratch — many of our sauce ingredients are grown right in our backyard. Bright, tangy, and the thread that ties every taco together.
